4.1 Reamer body choose high strength steel plate to weld

4.2 Top plate and bottom plate choose wearing steel plate NM400, NM500, its surface hardness could reach HRC40-50

4.3 Choose suitable cutter type according to mine’s work condition

 5 .Wearing plate NM400 chemical specification :

C: 0.15-0.25 %         Si:0.2-0.6%            Mn :1.0-1.6% 

Cr:0.20-0.60%         Mo:0.15-0.30%     Nb :0.015-0.045

V:0.015-0.12%         Ti :0.02-0.08% 

Surface hardness HRC38-42 

This material not only has high surface hardness , but also good welding property .

It is very suitable for reamer top and bottom plate
